Don Miguel Ruiz says that Loving isn’t something we have to learn. We are born with the ability and gift of loving. Later we may stop for fear of hurt, but love, loving is a practice, not an art or skill reserved for just some people. Practice with the safest person in the world, you, the person you know best, who will always be with you and will always love you back.
